COWDENBEATH FC is delighted to confirm that today we completed a partnership agreement with near neighbours Hearts of Beath JFC, who are based at Rosehill, Rowan Terrace.
Initially, Cowdenbeath will provide training nights at Central Park in conjunction with Community Coach, Dean Ewing, and this tie-up is in line with desire as the senior club in the area to be absolutely at the heart of football in the community and to help stimulate and promote the game locally.
Cowden director David Allan said: "By helping to provide some training and coaching resources for staff and players at Hearts of Beath this is an important step. "Hearts of Beath have teams from 5 years old upwards and also have a girls team plus a link to Hearts of Beath AFC.
"Hearts of Beath JFC of course bear the name of the famous Hill of Beath side of yesteryear which over 100 years ago were keen senior rivals of Cowdenbeath FC".
