DUNDONALD Bluebell are hopeful of being up amongst the Central League front runners this season.
Bluebell finished runners-up to Oakley United last term but they have beefed up their squad and backroom team for the new season.
Davie Sheach and Kevin Huskey have been brought in to help manager Colin Downie who has six new players aboard as his team bids to lead from the front.
New 21 year-old 'keeper, James Lennox, has signed up from Bowhill Rovers while ex-Newburgh midfielder Scott Bissett joins former Thortnton link-man Murray Carstairs at Moorside.
Other additions are centre-back Scott Murray, winger Stevie Page, from re-instated from East Stirling; and striker Stuart Cargill, who was with East Fife.
Dundonald's Drew Davidson says that they are eager to build on last season's performance. He said, "The central League is pretty open this season and or aim will be to be up mthere from the start.
"The new players will make an impact and may may have another couple of new faces on board before the league starts in three weeks time." TIMES PREDICTION: Dundonald to win the Central League and provide some good cup runs in what nshould mbe a good season at Moorside.
