AS every fan of murder mysteries or court room dramas knows it is the discrepancy which destroys the false narrative.
Just such a discrepancy is the current tendering for a lead advisor for the decommissioning of the Louisa Jordan NHS temporary field hospital in Glasgow.
This £400,000 contract is due to run from October 2 until mid-April. Anyone who wishes can confirm these facts in moments on the internet.
If the Scottish Government was genuinely expecting a second wave would they be looking to decommission this hospital?
Surely if they were, they would be preparing for large numbers of Covid-19 cases and seeking to partition them from other people requiring treatment, rather than repeat the fiasco of large numbers of untreated cancer and other patients?
