A care home is inviting the public to join in with a series of free festive fitness and singing sessions.
Benarty View Care Home in Kelty is opening its virtual doors to the community as part of its activities programme to spread some festive cheer.
The sessions, run by danceSing 'wellbeing experts', are usually for residents only but will now be free for community groups, families, and individuals to join in.
The first session, 'Movement with Natalie', takes place on Friday, November 29 at 11am, and offers gentle exercises that can be done seated or standing.
The following three sessions, 'Singing with Alan', take place on December 6, 13, and 20 at 11am.
People can join in with the festivities via a PC, laptop, iPhone, or iPad by visiting here.
Each session lasts around half an hour and will get everyone's vocal cords warmed up for some festive favourites.
Mike Shea, home manager at a Four Seasons Health Care Group care home said: "These sessions are enjoyed year-round by our residents and really benefit their mental and physical well-being.
"They are so uplifting and really good fun, and we hope lots of people will tune in to the free festive-themed sessions that are running in the lead-up to Christmas."
