THE 2025 date and restrictions for a hugely popular Benarty music festival, Rockore, have been announced. 

Next year, festival fans will be able to get their Rockore fix on Saturday, August 23 at Lochore Meadow's Country Park. 

However, those under 18 will no longer be allowed to attend the event. 

Sharing the announcement on the Rockore Facebook page, the organisers said that the decision was not made lightly and came about after "careful consideration and advice from the services on duty at Rockore 2024."

Proof of ID will now be required upon entry into the festival. 

An announcement will be made soon to give the public more information on ticket sales.
