It is Child's play in Lumphinnans with the long-awaited completion of a new play park in the village.
The facility in Hope Street is now open to youngsters after the project was initially approved in 2023 and received £150,000 in funding from the Cowdenbeath Area Committee.
Posting photos of the new park on social media, local councillor Darren Watt confirmed it was now finished and open "for all to enjoy."
He had previously welcomed the provision of the new area.

"It’s been a long time in the planning and it’s great that the kids have had their say and been able to choose the best options.”
