A Central Fife show will pay tribute to the band described as “Scotland’s finest folk duo” later this month.
The Corries are the group behind classic tunes such as “Will ye go lassie go”, and “Killiecrankie”.
Fans can attend the Masonic Lodge in Bowhill on November 30, where singing partners Kevin Thompson and Ross Hunter will perform as “No the Corries.”
They plan to take the audience through the whole story from the creation of the group in the 1960’s through to the death of Roy Williamson in 1990.
The Corries were formed in Edinburgh, and travelled through to Fife to play Dunfermline’s Howff Club back in their heyday.
