A SERIES of creative activities are on offer at Benarty Centre next weekend as a part of a Fife Climate Forest event.
As part of the Fife Climate Forest launch, attendees will have the chance to enjoy the family shadow show; 'The Legend of the Tree of Life'.
Presented by Atopon Theatre, the show is an "immersive, crafty workshop with the elements of storytelling and shadow theatre" that explores tree myths and legends.
There will also be drop-in activities such as writing a ‘Letter to the Tree’ – using a typewriter on leaves – and creating forest flags.
Visitors can also find out how you can get involved with planting and adopting a tree in your area and about local communities’ visions for Fife Climate Forest.
Supported by Fife Council, Climate Action Fife, UK Government funding and Scottish Forestry, the event will take place on Saturday, November 2 from 1 pm to 4 pm.
Spaces for the shadow show are limited and those wishing to attend are encouraged to book their free time slot at either 1.15pm, 2pm or 3pm at https://fifecoastandcountrysidetrust.co.uk/events/
