A Dunfermline teenager, who kicked a female police officer in the face, has been jailed for two weeks.
Stuart Graham, 19, of Craigmyle Street, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court by video-link from prison, where he is on remand for another matter.
He admitted that on March 30 at Cardenden Road, Cardenden, he assaulted a female police officer by kicking her to the face.
He also assaulted a man by punching him to the face.
Defence solicitor Amy Harley said her client had not been able to attend a social work report appointment in prison after being “assaulted quite badly” there.
Sheriff Allan Findlay said he would deal with the case without a report and jailed Graham for 14 days.
