A Cardenden man who caused a disturbance after being taken to hospital has been jailed.
Darren Watson, 38, of Muirtonhill Road, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court by video-link for prison to be sentenced for a catalogue of offending.
On 23rd December last year at Tesco, Station Road, Cardenden, he stole a quantity of alcohol.
He also shouted, swore, acted aggressively and made offensive remarks to two shop workers.
On 22nd September last year at Station Road, Cardenden, whilst en route to Victoria Hospital, at the hospital and at Dunfermline police station, he shouted, swore, acted aggressively, kicked a door of a police vehicle, repeatedly refused to desist and made threats of violence.
At Victoria Hospital, he assaulted two police officers by repeatedly kicking them on the body.
On 23rd March 2022 at Station Road, Cardenden, he assaulted a police officer by attempting to bite him.
At Station Road, Cardenden, he was unlawfully in possession of a flick-knife.
Then at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, he threatened police officers with violence.
Sheriff Garry Sutherland jailed Watson for nine months.
