A Lochore convenience store has successfully undergone a £120K transformation.
Located on Westwood Crescent, it took owners of the Premier store three months to fully refurbish the interior and ensure that the building is watertight.
Co-owner Muhammed Siddique said: “The initial challenge was bringing the store up to the standard that it is currently.
“It was very backdated. There was stock on the shelf, but it was very neglected with dates and stock all over the place. There was a lot of tidying up to be done before we even started the project.
“We managed to overcome them and we’re at a point now where the shop is thriving.
“We’re working with brands like Costa and the response is amazing. People are saying that they always wanted to shop here but it wasn’t up to the standard.”
The Siddique family have been in business for over 20 years and own stores in Methil and Buckhaven.
Delighted with recent feedback, Mr Siddique said: "The customers amazed by the store itself, the finishing, and the vibe that they get when they come inside."
