POLICE SCOTLAND have closed off one lane of the M90 southbound near Kelty.
Officers were in attendance this morning, at around 9 am, at the Junction 4 off-slip and had closed off a section of the right-hand lane of the M90.
Traffic coped well, but there were slight delays due to the incident.
