A 29-year-old man went to the home of his former partner and caused a disturbance, kicking the door.
Adam Wallace, of Blamey Crescent, Cowdenbeath, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that between September 4 and 5, at Whirlbut Crescent, Dunfermline, he attended at the home of his former partner.
He shouted, swore, tried to gain entry to the property, threatened to damage her car and repeatedly kicked the door of the house.
He left then returned and was again repeatedly shouting and swearing.
The court heard Wallace has previous convictions involving the same victim.
Sheriff Susan Duff deferred sentencing for reports until 16th October and imposed a bail condition banning Wallace from entering Whirlbut Crescent.
