A Cowdenbeath man ignored his home curfew over a five-day period.
The culprit was 38-year-old Dean McAskill, of South Street, who admitted breaching his order by letter at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He had been placed on a home curfew from 7pm to 7am.
However, between 10th and 15th April he failed to comply and was not in his home during the specified period.
Sentencing was deferred for McAskill to appear in court on 18th September.
