A TEENAGER has been traced following road traffic offences in Cowdenbeath.
Police Scotland tracked down the 16-year-old boy who has subsequently been charged in connection with off-road bike offences which included driving without a license and insurance.
The offences took place at Young Terrace and the Public Park on Monday, August 5.
