A KELTY blaze saw fire crews rush to the scene in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday).
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were called to Oakfield Street just after 3am after reports of a fire in a field.
A spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 3.11am on Tuesday, 30 July, to reports of a fire in the open on Oakfield Street, Kelty.
“Operations Control mobilised one appliance to the scene, and firefighters extinguished a fire affecting a large quantity of loose hay.
“Crews left the scene after working to make the area safe.”
