A 29-YEAR-OLD woman got herself arrested through her behaviour towards police officers.
The culprit was Paisley Bratchie, of Mitchell Crescent, Hill of Beath.
Bratchie was not present at Dunfermline Sheriff Court but her guilty plea was submitted by solicitor Alexander Flett.
She admitted that on April 19 at High Street, Cowdenbeath, she repeatedly shouted, swore, adopted an aggressive demeanour and made derogatory comments towards police officers.
Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said the incident occurred at around 10am when police officers had gone to a house looking for someone on a warrant.
Bratchie opened the door and became obstructive towards officers.
She began shouting, swearing and called one of the officers “a f****** spastic.”
“She was arrested for her trouble,” added the depute.
Mr Flett said: “She was trying to help initially but didn’t seem to be getting anywhere and lost her temper.”
Sheriff David Hall fined Bratchie £210.
