AN art and craft fayre in aid of Haiti Help will be held in the Lochgelly Centre on Saturday June 29.
It's on from 10am to 1.30pm and will include handmade items, art, jewellery, pottery, clothes, confectionery and more.
Haiti Help is a small international charity that's based in Lochgelly and has been operating for 15 years.
A spokesperson said: "Our funds are still severely depleted since Covid when there was a long period we were unable to fundraise."
There will be more than 30 stalls selling a great variety of locally made food and uniquely crafted items.
Already booked in are Heavenly Goodies, Cake Ness, Quarryridge Handicrafts, Christy Wong Art, Amati Jewellery, Gold Moon Jewellery, Garnet Crafts, Raggy Ribbon and Sweet Scents by Deborah.
Entry to the fayre is free and there will be free books for children.
Haiti Help is run on a voluntary basis by three nurses and all of the donations received go to help the people of the troubled Caribbean country.
The charity operates on La Gonave, a large island situated about eight miles from the mainland with a population estimated at over 120,000 people.
A spokesperson explained: "The deprivation and poverty of the people living there is heartbreaking!
"The island is recognised by the United Nations and the World Health Organisation as one of the most deprived areas in the world."
