Concern has been raised after reports were made that some sort of chemical had been dumped on the paths behind Wallsgreen Park in Cardenden.
Cardenden Community Council made a post on Facebook alerting people to the issue.

A spokesperson for SEPA said: “We are aware of reports of a chemical-like substance found in Wallsgreen Park, Cardenen.
“A SEPA officer visited the site on April 2 but was unable to identify any evidence of a chemical spill in the reported area.
“We encourage anyone to report signs of pollution to SEPA using our online form or by calling 0800 80 70 60, using a grid reference or What3Words when possible to identify the exact location.”
