A CAR fire in Cardenden is being treated as "wilful", Police Scotland have confirmed.
Investigations are ongoing into the incident which saw emergency services race to Whitehall Drive just after 10.30pm on Sunday night.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 10.32pm on Sunday, March 19 to reports of a car on fire at Whitehall Drive, Cardenden in Fife.
"Operations Control immediately mobilised one appliance to the scene and firefighters extinguished the fire using two hose reel jets.

"There were no reported casualties and crews left the scene at 11.03pm after ensuring the area was made safe."
A Police Scotland spokesperson added: “Around 10.45pm on Sunday, 17 March, 2024 we were made aware of a vehicle fire on Whitehall Drive in the Cardenden area of Fife.
"The fire is being treated as wilful and enquiries are ongoing.”
