AN Easter treat for local senior citizens at Lochgelly High School promises to be a "highly enjoyable afternoon".
Tickets are going fast for the annual event which will take place from 2 to 4pm on Wednesday March 27.
A spokesperson said: "Those fortunate enough to attend will be served with seasonal fare and will be entertained by the school’s music department.
"The musical entertainment will include contributions from our pipe band, wind band, steel band and soloists.
"This promises to be a highly enjoyable afternoon.
"The numbers attending will be limited.

"Tickets will be made available, totally free of charge, to all senior citizens in the area but on a first come first served advanced booking basis only.
"If you want to be one of the lucky attendees, please telephone the school on 01592 583406 and leave a note of your name, address and ticket requirements.
"Tickets will then be posted out.
"But remember - don’t delay - tickets are limited!"
