ROAD safety has been the focus in Cowdenbeath this week with checks being carried out across the area.
Over two days, Police Scotland's community officers have teamed up with their road policing colleagues for campaign which has included talks held in schools as well as speed and vehicle checks.
Explaining on Twitter/X, officers posted: "Over the last two days, our community officers teamed up with officers from @PSOSRoads to educate and enforce around Road Safety.
"Talks held in local schools, speed checks and vehicle checks have been carried out in the Cowdenbeath area. #slowdown #fatal5."
