A shop in Cowdenbeath's High Street, where Uptown Girl is based, is up for sale.
However it is still business as usual for owner Jean Young despite deciding it is time to move on.
Posting on the business' Facebook page, she stated: "The 'for sale' sign is up but the shop is still here, I am still here and it is business as usual.
"This has not been an easy decision for me. It is one I have mulled over for a long time and it has been very difficult. The shop is up for sale, however it is not the end of yours truly because I am relocating."

Jean said a rebrand is planned for after the move and has pledged to keep customers up to date through the store's social media page.
She added: "I know how hard it is and how it is going to be for me to leave Cowdenbeath and Uptown Girl. I have put blood, sweat and tears and a lot of work into transforming it."
Jean took over at the helm of Uptown Girl in 2016 from Audrey Westwaters who established the business back in 1984.
