A 33-year-old man has been given unpaid work for ignoring a ban on entering Lochgelly.
Craig Marshall, of St Kilda Crescent, Kirkcaldy, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that having been granted bail banning him contacting a named woman and from entering Lochgelly, he breached this on October 22 when he was in a street in the town.
Depute fiscal Catherine Stevenson said Marshall had been spotted “lurking about” in the street.
Defence solicitor Brian Black said his client has “a history of difficulties with his mental health”.
Sheriff Francis Gill imposed a community payback order with 80 hours of unpaid work.
