A man and a woman appeared back in court today (Thursday, November 2) charged with attempted murder following a fire at a block of flats in Lochgelly.
Chloe Arnott (31) and Jamie Morrison (33), both of Glenrothes, appeared in private at a full committal hearing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
They made no plea or declaration. Both were fully committed and remanded in custody.

They both face the same charges. These are allegations of threatening or abusive behaviour, theft, wilful fire raising to the danger of life and attempted murder.
Residents were evacuated as seven fire engines and two height vehicles tackled the fire which broke out at the four-storey block of flats in Francis Street at around 7pm a week past Monday.
