A 38-year-old man was caught drink-driving near Crossgates when almost six times over the limit.
Stewart Brand was seen driving along at 30mph with the windows open and music blaring.
He got out of his car, was staggering about and then urinated on a grass verge.
Brand, of Hillside Terrace, Milton of Campsie, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He previously admitted that on April 9 on the A92 eastbound near Crossgates he drove a car having consumed excess alcohol. His reading was 131 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 22 microgrammes.
Brand had been banned from driving for 16 months when he appeared for sentencing in June.
At that time, he was also put on a structured deferred sentence to address his alcohol issues.
With the structured sentence now completed, Sheriff Wylie Robertson fined Brand £420.
