MEMBERS of the public will be able to quiz health chiefs at the NHS Fife annual review.
It's taking place on Wednesday November 8 at Rothes Halls, Glenrothes, and anyone interested can attend in person or online.
The annual review gives the Scottish Government's health department the opportunity to examine NHS Fife's performance over the past year.
And members of the public may have plenty to say on that with continuing calls for the return of A&E and more services to Dunfermline, frustration with the delays for new health centres in Kincardine and Lochgelly and general concerns about rising waiting times.
On the positive side, NHS Fife have spent £2m increasing theatre capacity at Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline.
The health board's chief executive, Carol Potter, said: “The annual review process is a formal part of the accountability process for NHS boards.
"They provide an opportunity for board members to highlight the year’s achievements and discuss relevant issues with the minister and members of the Scottish Government health department.”
