A 32-year-old man appeared back in court today accused of causing death by dangerous driving in Cowdenbeath.
Darren McPhee appeared in private at Dunfermline Sheriff Court this afternoon.
He made no plea, was fully committed and remanded in custody.
McPhee, from Cowdenbeath, faces charges of causing death by dangerous driving, failing to stop after an accident and failing to report it.
A 46-year-old pedestrian, Stephen Davis, died following a collision in Cowdenbeath High Street at around 8.30pm on Thursday 14th September.
