A Kelty man has appeared in court for assault, brandishing a stick and making threats of violence in three separate incidents.
In the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court was 42-year-old Hugh Docherty, of Croftangry Road, who admitted three offences committed last year.
On May 10, at Croftangry Road, he adopted an aggressive demeanour, shouted, swore, made offensive remarks and brandished a stick.
On October 22, at Elmwood Terrace, Kelty, he assaulted a man, shouted, swore and punched him to the face to his injury.
On October 31, at Croftangry Road he repeatedly shouted, swore, made offensive remarks and threats of violence.
Sheriff Gordon Liddle deferred sentence until September 6 for a psychological assessment.
