A MAN has been charged after being spotted using a quad bike illegally in Lochgelly.
Officers have confirmed that the bike was also seized after the incident on Friday.
Posting on Police Scotland Cowdenbeath's Twitter page, they stated: "Following reports of anti-social use of quad bikes, PCs Scola & Barker were out patrolling on 28/07/23 and spotted one being used illegally in #Lochgelly.
"Result: 39 year old male charged with Road Traffic offences. Bike seized.
"#KeepingPeopleSafe."
