BAYNE'S the Family Bakers has landed two top honours at the prestigious Scottish Baker of the Year awards.
The business - which has shops across Central Fife - won the Customer Choice award for Retail Craft Baker.
Bayne's also won a Best in Region Gold Award and National Silver Award for its Macaroni Pie.
Commenting on the success, the bakers said: "We are delighted to be named as the Customer Choice Winner for Retail Craft Baker at the Scottish Baker of the Year Awards! It means a lot to be chosen by our customers."
The competition is organised by Scottish Bakers, which supports and protects the interests of Scotland's bakery trade, and it was once again hotly contested with bakers each asked to put forward up to 12 of their star products to be taste-tested by 50 industry experts.
“With 630 products from 70 bakers in the running, each and every one of which was assessed for appearance, the quality of the bake and taste," said Scottish Baker of the Year ambassador and star baker Mich Turner MBE.
"They can be rightly proud of their win."
Stephens Bakery, which has a shop in Cowdenbeath, were also successful at the awards ceremony recently held in Glasgow.
The business received two Regional Silver Awards for its Chocolate Orange Cupcakes and Cherry Scones.
