A 37-year-old man assaulted three children at a house in Hill of Beath.
William Anderson, 37, now of Muirfield Drive, Glenrothes, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that between January 1 and December 31, 2017, at Mitchell Crescent, Hill of Beath, he assaulted a girl, then aged 11, by pinning her against a wall and shouting aggressively at her.
Between August 1 and 31, 2018, he assaulted an eight-year-old boy by seizing him on the body, dragging and pushing him, causing his head to strike a wall.
He also admitted that on August 31, 2018, he assaulted another girl, who was then 14, by striking her on the head.
Defence solicitor Aime Allan said her client was a first-time offender and “he concedes he’s had a problem with anger control.”
Sheriff Lindsay Foulis commented that Anderson’s way of dealing with children was “at least one generation out”.
He imposed a structured deferred sentence which will be reviewed on August 16.
