A DRIVER has been fined £200 after using his phone to film a crash on the M90.
Officers attending the incident also issued the man a ticket for six points on his licence.
Road Policing Scotland posted online: "If there's one thing that annoys Fife Road Policing it's drivers who think it's OK to record crashes on their phones whilst driving.
"For clarity it's not and it's dangerous! This driver filmed a crash on the M90; he was issued a ticket for six points and given a £200 fine."
