Town & Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland)
The proposal is for a ground mounted solar photovoltaic development of approximately 30MW and Battery Energy Storage System with a capacity of 9 Megawatt Hours on land approximately 600m east of Elmbank Farm, Fife - approximately 3km northwest of Aberdour and 3km southeast of Crossgates.
A proposal of application notice (PAN) has been submitted to Fife Council (22/02600/PAN). greentech invites you to attend public consultation events:
- Aberdour Community Centre, 9 Shore Road, Aberdour, KY3 0TU Monday 17th October, 2pm - 7pm
- Crossgates Community Centre, 2 Inverkeithing Road, Crossgates, KY4 8AL Thursday 20th October, 2pm - 7pm
For those unable to attend the exhibitions, all exhibition material will be live on the project website from Monday 17th October, where comments can be made online or in writing - please visit www.billsbraesolar.scot to access the exhibition material.
A virtual public exhibition will also be held on Monday 7th November 2022, with interactive sessions on the proposals taking place at 12noon - 2pm and at 5pm - 7pm and these will be accessed via our website at www.billsbraesolar.scot - this event will outline how we have taken on board comments from the first exhibition events and any changes to the plans. Interested parties are invited to participate in these events.
Comments and queries will be accepted and considered until Wednesday 10th November 2022. Comments should be made to greentech and do not constitute a formal representation. An opportunity to make a formal representation will exist when a subsequent planning application is made to Fife Council.
