A DUNFERMLINE man will be sentenced later this month for two incidents in which children were attacked by dogs.
These included two young boys being bitten at a Cowdenbeath school playground.
Nigel King, 39, of Inchkeith Drive, will be sentenced for the offences at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
On August 30 last year, at St Bride’s Primary School playground, Barclay Street, Cowdenbeath, he was the owner of a bullmastiff dog which was dangerously out of control and bit a 10-year-old boy repeatedly on his body to his injury.
On the same day and at the same location, he was the owner of Cane Corso dog which was dangerously out of control and bit another 10-year-old boy on the body to his injury.
Then, on February 25, at Inchkeith Drive, Dunfermline, he was the owner of a bullmastiff which was dangerously out of control.
The dog attempted to attack another dog, threw itself onto a woman to her injury and then jumped up on a 13-year-old boy and attempted to bite the hood of his jacket.
Sentence was deferred by Sheriff Alison until June 15.
