A DRIVER has had a vehicle seized for the second time in a month by local police.
Fife Road Policing Unit acted to remove a car from Foulford Street in Cowdenbeath as the vehicle had no MOT and it was not insured.
Officers posted on social media that it was, "the second time this driver had a car seized in a month!"
They added: "Did you know over 26,000 people are injured each year by uninsured and hit-and-run drivers?
"We're trying to stop them!
