MULTIPLE vehicles have been involved in a crash on the A92 between Cowdenbeath and Lochgelly this afternoon.
Traffic Scotland said that the A92 was restricted northbound, but the road has now been made clear for motorists, with police currently in attendance.
A status update on the incident from Traffic Scotland had said: "The A92 is currently restricted northbound between Cowdenbeath and Lochgelly due to a road traffic incident, road users are advised to use caution on approach."
It is not known at this time whether anyone has been injured in the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers were called to a report of a four vehicle accident on the A92 between Cowdenbeath and Lochgelly around 4.20pm.
"Officers are currently at the scene."
