A CARDENDEN man ignored a driving ban and was caught behind the wheel in Rosyth.
Ryan Wotherspoon, 41, of Carden Castle Avenue, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court for an offence committed more than three years ago.
He admitted that on December 7, 2018 in Park Road, Rosyth, he drove a vehicle while disqualified.
Defence solicitor Aime Allan said: “The court will be concerned about his offending on the roads over the years.”
Sheriff William Gilchrist told Wotherspoon: “You have a fairly deplorable record of driving offences.
"This is your second conviction for driving while disqualified. Do it again and you’ll go to prison.”
The sheriff imposed a community payback order with 200 hours of unpaid work and a two-year driving ban.
