A WOMAN was abused by her former partner in Lumphinnans over a six-day period.
The victim was grabbed, shouted at and thrown onto a sofa.
Ryan Hunter, 21, of Ballingry Crescent, Ballingry, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that between July 23-28 last year, at Main Street, Lumphinnans, he engaged in an abusive course of conduct towards his former partner.
He attended at her home uninvited, shouted, swore, made offensive remarks, seized her by the clothing and threw her onto a sofa, seized her TV remote control and broke it, then punched a wall, damaging it.
He also admitted breaching a community payback order.
Sheriff Tim Niven-Smith called for reports and Hunter will be sentenced on April 6.
