THE candidates who will fight it out for the Cowdenbeath seat at this year's Scottish elections have been confirmed.
Entries closed last night for every seat in Scotland and there will be five candidates battling it out for the Cowdenbeath seat on May 6 when voters take to the polls.
Annabelle Ewing, SNP, will take on Mags Hall, Greens, Alex Rowley, Labour, Darren Watt, Conservative, and Malcolm Alexander Wood, Lib Dems.

Voters who are not on the electoral register must register to do so by midnight on Monday April 19.Anyone who wishes to vote by post must apply for one by contacting the council by 5pm on Tuesday April 6, and be registered to vote.Those wishing to vote by proxy – sending someone in their place to cast a ballot – must do so by 5pm on Tuesday April 27.
