THREE men have admitted an assault at a shop in Ballingry.
In the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court were James MacDonald, 30, of Kirktoun Park, Ballingry; George McDonald, 42, of Malcolm Street, Ballingry; and David Winiarski, 25, of Croall Place, Kelty.
MacDonald and McDonald both admitted that on March 25 last year, at the Nisa store, Benarty Square, Ballingry, whilst acting with others, they assaulted Dylan Richardson, by punching and kicking him repeatedly on the head and body, causing him to fall to the ground and dragged him along the ground, all to his injury.
Winiarski, admitted assault by punching and kicking Mr Richardson repeatedly on the head and body.
Sheriff Charles MacNair called for reports and sentencing will take place on October 4.
