A SPECIAL day is planned to celebrate Kelty's community cafe's birthday on Tuesday August 20.
The cafe was launched last August at the community centre and it has become a real village hub.
Said Linzi Forbes, one of the people involved in getting the project up and running: "Oor Wee Café in Kelty Community Centre is approaching its first anniversary.
We are planning to have a celebration, a cold buffet and a free prize draw on the day, Tuesday August 20. We hope that there will a brilliant turn out to enjoy the anniversary with us and take part in the prize draw."
