A KELTY woman has been been placed on a community payback order for stealing jewellery out of a home in the village.
Katie Hamilton, 45, of Centre Street, previously admitted that on September 18, 2017 at Keltyhill Crescent she stole a quantity of jewellery.
Sheriff Paul Reid said: "In light of your circumstances I am prepared to deal with this by community payback order with 12 months supervision."
