COWDENBEATH MSP Annabelle Ewing was impressed with the way Crossgates Gala went last weekend.
Ms Ewing attended the recent Crossgates Gala in her constituency and saw a colourful parade before a packed programme took place at the park.
Congratulating the organisers on a successful day, the MSP said: “I was delighted to attend the Crossgates Gala on Saturday.
“The sun did come out, the Parade was great and the day was lots of fun for families.
“It was good to meet up with representatives of the Crossgates Community Woodlands Group and I was delighted to see one of the 2020 calendars they have brought out.
“Well done to the Crossgates Events Committee for organising another excellent gala day.”
The Woodlands Group's calendar is packed with village pictures and is geared to rising funds for the Group as they continue with their work making the Taft a first class countryside feature in the village.
