A DOMESTIC dispute led to a man threatening to kill his long-term partner.
Ross Armour, 41, who has been living in Hillend since the incident, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on March 18, at an address in Cardenden, he shouted, swore, acted aggressively and repeatedly made threats of violence towards his partner.
Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said that at around 3.40pm, there was a loud argument in the street between the couple.
“He was saying she owed him money and if he didn’t get it, he would kill her,” added the depute.
The court was told the pair had been together for 17 years and they planned to continue their relationship.
Sheriff Craig McSherry deferred sentence on Armour until October 9 for him to be of good behaviour.
