HUNTER John (Stewart Crescent, Lochgelly) Passed on Friday 27th October, aged 89, very peacefully after a short illness, at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. He joins Minnie, his wife of 67 years, who also passed in February this year. He is survived by his loving son Charles Hunter and his partner Sarah Stubbs. John was well known in the community as a teacher at Woodmill High School until 1991, craft worker, official photographer for local weddings and sports clubs, local champion golfer and prize-winning gardener. Thanks to staff at Victoria Hospital for care and support and staff at Bennochy Lodge Care Home where he was made comfortable and cheerful for the last few months of his life. The funeral service will be held at Kirkcaldy Crematorium at 2:15pm on Wednesday 15th November. All welcome. Family flowers only please. Any donations in lieu of flowers should be made direct to Alzheimer Scotland.
