Cardenden drug-driver was speeding and crashed with child passenger
A 32-YEAR-OLD man drove dangerously, causing a crash, when he was well over the limit for cocaine and had a child as a passenger. John Kay, of Cluny Park, Cardenden, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court. He had previously admitted
