Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, as amended The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 Pre-Application Consultation Former Westfield Opencast Site, Fife
In advance of making an application for Planning Permission in Principal in respect of the restoration and development of the former Westfield Opencast Site in Fife, Hargreaves Services (Westfield) Limited is to hold three public consultation events, where members of the public can view and comment on Hargreaves Services (Westfield) Limited proposals. These events will be held at: Wednesday 16th March 2016-Corrie Centre, Cardenden (4pm-8pm) Thursday 17th March 2016-The Mitchell Hall, Kinglassie (4pm-8pm) Friday 18th March 2016-Benarty Community Centre, Ballingry (4pm-8pm) It will be possible for members of the public to comment on Hargreaves Services (Westfield) Limited proposals using feedback forms that will be available at the public events. Forms can be completed on the day or returned via the details below.

Any comments made to or received by Hargreaves Services (Westfield) Limited will not be representations to the planning authority: there will be an opportunity to make representations to the planning authority after the planning application has been submitted to the planning authority.
