THE FIFE COUNCIL (ROSE STREET & CHAPEL STREET, COWDENBEATH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2016
Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic of:- (i) Rose Street at its junction with the B981 Broad Street (alternative route - Gardiner Rd, Park St, Raith Ave and B981 Broad St); and (ii) Chapel Street at its junction with the B981 Broad Street (alternative route - Rowan Terr, Barclay St, Wardlaw St, Moss Side Rd and B981 Broad St).

The Order is to allow carriageway resurfacing works to be carried out in safety and will be operational from 22/08/16 to 26/08/16 and 29/08/16 to 02/09/16 or until earlier completion of the works. The one-way system on Rose Street and Gardiner Road will be revoked for the duration of this Order. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained.
