MEMBERS of a Central Fife gym limbered up to help two young good causes this week.

A charity workout, to mark Firefighters Memorial Day, was held at Aeternum Crossfit in Lochgelly.

Some of the cash raised was to support six-year old Jax, the son of a firefighter formerly based in Fife, who has been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour.
